Welcome to Northumberland Staycations, located at Percy Wood Golf & Country Park in Swarland, Northumberland. An ideal base for exploring Northumberland’s castles, countryside and the stunning Northumberland Coast, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Percy Wood Golf & Country Park has a vast range of facilities and recreational activities on offer including a sports court, an 18 hole golf course (free for our guests to use during your stay) and an adventure playground for the kids.

A mobile bar and food vans are on site at the weekend and there is a range of entertainment on most weekends.

Our holiday accommodation consists of 3 luxury spacious, comfortable caravans, all of high specification, one of which is pet-friendly and all feature complimentary wifi and either a hot tub or lazy spa.
